Data hosting
Ctrack stores platform data in Australian data centres for local performance and regulatory alignment. Your team can access fleet data through the Ctrack web platform and mobile apps.

Ctrack uses encryption to protect data as it moves between devices and the platform, and to protect stored data where applicable. If you need encryption details for your risk assessment, contact us and we can provide the relevant information for your deployment.
Access control
You control who can access your fleet data. Permissions can be configured so different teams (operations, compliance, safety, maintenance) see what they need, and nothing more.
