Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Ctrack, which governs the Customer’s use of the Software. If the Customer does not agree to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement, the Customer will not be permitted to download, install and/or use the Software. By using the Software, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement (as may be updated by Ctrack from time to time).
